Photography Self Evaluation
-------------------------------------------------------------

1.What was it that you set out to achieve? And, did you reach your goal?

My goal was to make a (6) photo essay that told a  story. I was particularly aiming for a significant event that occurred in my life to convey the emotions I were feeling through the photos. I chose to do my L's driving test

2. How well did you manage your time in class and at home?

I managed my time quite well in and out of class to complete the task. As I did the prac. out of class and the theory in class.

3.What did you learn to do in this task?

In this task I feel I learnt how to conduct a photo shoot better as it was my first time and now I know what's going on in them and I am more aware of what needs to be done. In this time period of the assignment I also learnt how to use photo shop to edit some photos and to manipulate them to look better and add more detail in them.

4.What was something you learnt about in this task?

I now have a better understanding of how to display emotion in a photo through different techniques such as depth of field, lighting, White Balance, etc.

5.What area could you improve on if you had more time?

If we had more time I think I could have done my initial thought for the photo essay which was surfing but because we were moving at the time it didn't allow us to go to the beach as we usually do. Causing me to change my topic.

6.What could you do to improve the task requirements?

Learn from my peers and from the past students and see what they did and how they achieved it. I could use them as a precedent  to see how they succeeded and/or failed and apply that to my working.

7.Out of 10 how do you rate your overall performance, time management and submission? (10 being the highest) Change to BOLD and RED.
